This clinic is a medical, health education and mental health clinic located in Southwest High School. It provides high quality affordable and comprehensive medical and mental health services.

Students with or without insurance.

Eligibility

Only Minneapolis public school students who attend Southwest High School.

Services

  • Emergency contraception
  • HIV-AIDs testing
  • Immunizations
  • IUD’s and implants
  • LGBTQ health services
  • Mental Health Counseling
  • Nutrition counseling
  • Pregnancy testing and options counseling
  • Sexual health counseling
  • Sports, work and school physicals
  • STD-STI testing and treatment

Monday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Tuesday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Wednesday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Thursday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
