North High School Based Clinic - North Minneapolis

This clinic provides services that include basic health care ,confidential sexual health services, and mental health counseling. It’s staffed by medical providers and a licensed psychologist from NorthPoint Health & Wellness Center.

Cost

The clinic accepts most insurance plans. Students without insurance will not receive a bill. We assist students to apply for medical coverage or the MN Family Planning Program (MFPP).

Eligibility

The North High School Based Clinic serves any student who attends North High School or plays for a North High School team.

  • LGBTQ health services
  • Mental Health Counseling
  • Pregnancy testing and options counseling
  • Sexual health counseling
  • Sports, work and school physicals
  • STD-STI testing and treatment

Monday 8:30 to 12 noon
Tuesday 8:30 to 12 noon
Wednesday 8:30 to 12 noon
Thursday 8:30 to 12 noon
Friday 8:30 to 12 noon
