Annex Teen Clinic - Northwest metro

This teen sexual health clinic provides sexual and reproductive health services for all youth. Services at the Annex are always confidential, non-judgmental, and inclusive.

Cost

We accept Medica, HealthPartners, Blue Cross and UCare insurances, and we offer Minnesota Family Planning Program. We have a discounted fee but will not turn anyone away if they don’t have insurance or funds.

Ages 13 through 25.
